Student Advisory Services

For Cantonal Student Advisory Offices

Study advisors in occupational, academic, and career counseling, at the cantonal schools, or who work independently are important partners of Student Advisory Services. They will advise prospective students who are thinking to enroll at the University of Zurich and they therefore know these students’ requirements and are able to inform them at a critical stage about the degree programs being offered. Our offers are meant to facilitate networking and effective information sharing.

Newsletter

We will inform you about important changes in the degree programs (Latin as mandatory subject, application process, requirements, etc) in the newsletter of the Swiss Association for Academic Orientation AGAB (in German and French).

Annual Information Event

During orientation of the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich at the beginning of every September, we host an event for the academic advisors of the career guidance counseling center (BIZ) and the cantonal schools, and for those who work independently. Contact persons from the institutes, faculties and Central Services of UZH will be there to explain upcoming changes, important topics on the study programs, and the services available to students.

Would you like information about the next event in good time? If so, we look forward to hearing from you.
